Recent Network Issues or Upgrades

12/31/05 17:45 - 18:35: At approximately 17:45 the mail server experienced a software problem causing the server to be unresponsive. During this time customers would have been unable to send or receive e-mail. At approximately 18:35 the server was brought back online, this should have corrected any problems customers may have been experiencing.

8/7/04 to 8/30/04: CenturyTel EAS calls from (715) 276 to (920) 842 were being affected by faulty Ameritech equipment. This problem took 3 weeks to correct and during that time EZ-Net customers would have experienced slow, failed or dropped Internet connections.

8/30/04:
The T1 circuit that connects Laona back to Oconto Falls was down from approximately 8am to 8pm.
