- Unlike many other Internet service providers, you will get a real live
person that will be happy help you with your questions or problems when
you call between these hours. So what makes our technical support
better than any other ISP's? People. We have a staff that not
only represents the best collection of knowledge in the area, we have a
friendly, helpful, and honest approach towards our customers. We want
to help when you have questions or problems - we're only a phone call or
email away.
Should you call outside of the listed
hours, you will get our answering machine. Leave a message including
your name, user name, phone number, & brief description of your problem
- we are happy to return calls outside of our normal office hours (our
office is rarely empty), but cannot help at all if you do not leave a message!

- we usually respond within a few minutes. If you are mailing us
outside of our normal office hours, you will receive a response within
12 hours of your inquiry at most (but again, usually in a few minutes as
our staff keeps in close contact with our system as well as our users).
