How to increase your motivation Incentives

Have you ever thought that the harder is the task the greater will be the reward for succeeding? That feeling you get is something that no amount of money can buy. You can't buy happiness is the old saying and until you really work hard for some goal and finally succeed you will never feel that experience. You can't cheat at life's obstacles, and there are no short cuts if you want to be proud of your accomplishments. Only with hard work will you sweep them aside.

In order to defeat an opponent at your level of play you need to study to be prepared well beyond what you may think you may need to know to defeat them, because in the heat of a game you may get nervous and have doubts as to your abilities. With enough intense study comes the confidence that you will need to succeed.

Do you not think that if you do not study chess principles to succeed that you may only be at a knowledge level equal to your opponents? If you want to defeat them you need to know more than what they know do you not?

The Motivation Incentives you need to know about

1. Get mad at your self for not succeeding and rise up and begin a program of intense chess study to defeat your stagnation.

2. Begin a chess study program of over study to gain more chess knowledge than is of your opponents at your level of play.

3. Join a positive thinking chess group with similar intense desires to improve and succeed in order to build motivation to keep you focused and on track.

4. Let the rush and the high you will get from wining games by using your studies in chess principles to give you the motivation to keep focused and on track to improve even more. That exhilarating and inspiring high you will get as you progress will be priceless to keep you going.

5, Surround your self with positive thinking friends who are a inspiration to you from their accomplishments and who will encourage you to succeed. Finding and joining a group of positive thinking people who want to succeed by studying chess principles will infect you with the same motivation that they have to succeed just as surely as would joining the AA to quit drinking.

6. Find inspiration and motivation by reading or watching movies or viewing documentaries of others who found success at challenging endeavors when faced with great adversities like those brave men who were successful at climbing Mount Everest for the first time years ago after many unsuccessful attempts. Many lost their lives trying but others did persist and showed the way in how to succeed.

7. The point here is that there can be no greater joy for you as when you finally experience the high and the rush you will get when after a long hard struggle and long battle of preparation you finally succeed at your intended goal. No one can tell you how that experience feels. No one can tell you about the inner glow you will get and how the exhilaration of succeeding after a long hard battle of trying to improve your chess rating significantly will feel when you finally do succeed. That is truly a priceless worthwhile goal to try for.

8. Here are some tough questions for you to answer;
a) How badly do you really want it?
b) What are you willing to give up to get it?
c) What sacrifices are you willing to make to get it?
d) How much value do you place on it?
e) How much time are you willing to spend to achieve it?

9. If you answer not much. Then you should know that Mediocrity means, bare adequacy. If you want to be like the rest of the below average level chess players and follow in their examples in mediocrity then you don't have to try very hard to improve your chess skills. In fact you don't have to even try at all. Being a mediocre person is easy. Just do nothing. They feel that all one has to do to improve is simply play games. That's it, just play games. Is that how you feel too?
