Midsommar Food

 

Some of our food was Viking stew. Here it is cooking over a Viking fire using pork, beef, chicken, turkey, carrots, onions, garlic, and other seasonings.

 

The "Living Viking", Magnus Hrolf was the master chef for the Viking Stew

 

Much more than stew was available. Baked turkey, boiled new potatoes, cucumber salad, fruit soup, and many other salads, desserts and condiments were eaten.

 

 

 Members and guests enjoyed the food and conviviality.
